}} Bulbophyllum lamingtonense, commonly known as the cream rope orchid,[2] is a species of epiphytic or lithophytic orchid with well-spaced pseudobulbs and brown bracts arranged along the stems. Each pseudobulb has a single, fleshy, channelled leaf and a single cream-coloured or white flower with yellow tips. It grows on trees and rocks near cliffs and the edge of rainforest near the eastern border between New South Wales and Queensland. DescriptionBulbophyllum lamingtonense is an epiphytic or lithophytic herb with stems {{convert|100-200|mm|in|sigfig=1|abbr=on}} long and covered with brown bracts. The pseudobulbs are {{convert|8-12|mm|in|sigfig=2|abbr=on}} long, about {{convert|3|mm|in|sigfig=1|abbr=on}} wide and spaced {{convert|15-25|mm|in|sigfig=1|abbr=on}} apart along the stems. Each pseudobulb has a thick, fleshy, narrow oblong to lance-shaped leaf {{convert|200-800|mm|in|sigfig=1|abbr=on}} long and {{convert|6-15|mm|in|sigfig=2|abbr=on}} wide with a channelled upper surface. A single cream-coloured or white flower {{convert|5.5-6.5|mm|in|sigfig=2|abbr=on}} long and {{convert|3-4|mm|in|sigfig=2|abbr=on}} wide is borne on a flowering stem {{convert|2-3|mm|in|sigfig=1|abbr=on}} long. The sepals and petals are fleshy, the sepals {{convert|5-7|mm|in|sigfig=2|abbr=on}} long, about {{convert|1.5|mm|in|sigfig=1|abbr=on}} wide and the petals about {{convert|2|mm|in|sigfig=1|abbr=on}} long and {{convert|1.5|mm|in|sigfig=1|abbr=on}} wide. The labellum is brown, about {{convert|2|mm|in|sigfig=1|abbr=on}} long and wide with a sharp bend near the middle.
