It was disbanded following the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. It consisted of 24 communes, which joined the canton of Doullens in 2015.[1] GeographyThe canton is organised around the commune of Bernaville in the arrondissement of Amiens. The altitude varies from 35m at Béalcourt to 167m at Fienvillers for an average of 111m. CompositionThe canton of Bernaville comprised 24 communes and a total of 4,874 inhabitants (census of 1999, without double counting).
