}} Caryn Wagner is a US Army intelligence officer and the Obama administration's nominee to head the Department of Homeland Security Office of Intelligence and Analysis[1] (an Under Secretary in the Department of Homeland Security position). Education and careerWagner has 30 years of "intelligence experience" including two tours on the House Intelligence Committee.
