The Cathedral Church of St. Fachtna, Ross, is a cathedral of the Church of Ireland in Rosscarbery, County Cork in Ireland. It is in the ecclesiastical province of Dublin.

Previously the cathedral of the Diocese of Ross,[1] it is now one of three cathedrals in the United Dioceses of Cork, Cloyne and Ross.

History

St Fachtna's is one of the smallest cathedrals in Ireland. It is the size of a typical parish church. [2]

The church is famous for its Irish Wolfhound mascot.

The Cathedral contains a fine set of six bells in the key of G, which are regularly rung.[3]
