The Centro Ocidental Rio-Grandense ({{Lang-pt-BR|Western Center of Rio Grande}}) is one of the seven mesoregions of the state of Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil. It consists of 31 municipalities, grouped in three microregions:^[1]
