This is located in the old city of Hyderabad at Chanchalguda. Its chief architect was Nawab Khan Bahadur Mirza Akbar Baig.[2] It was constructed during the regime of Nizam ruler by name Nizam–Ul–Mulk.[1] The Jail with a capacity of 1000 inmates, achieved 100% literacy during 1989-90.
