Chengyang Bridge is a special covered bridge or lángqiáo, and one of several Fengyu bridges in the local Dong Minority region. It was completed in 1912.[2] It is also called the Panlong Bridge ({{zh|t=盤龍橋|s=盘龙桥|p=Pánlóng Qiáo}}). PropertiesThe bridge is a combination of bridge, corridor, veranda and Chinese pavilion. It has two platforms (one at each end of the bridge), 3 piers, 3 spans, 5 pavilions, 19 verandas, and three floors.[1] The piers are made of stone, the upper structures are mainly wooden, and the roof is covered with tiles. The bridge has wooden handrails on both sides. The bridge has a total length of {{convert|64.4|m|ft}}, and its corridor has a width of {{convert|3.4|m|ft}}. The net height above the river is about {{convert|10|m|ft}}.[3] The bridge is located in Chengyang, and serves as the link between two populous villages. Guo Moruo, a famous Chinese author, loved the bridge at first sight and wrote a poem for it.[3]{{Gallery|title= |footer= |width=210 |height= |lines=1 |File:Sanjiang Chengyang Yongji Qiao 2012.10.02 17-39-10.jpg|“程陽橋”, written by Guo Moruo |File:Sanjiang Chengyang Yongji Qiao 2012.10.02 17-49-49.jpg|west of the bridge |File:Sanjiang Chengyang Yongji Qiao 2012.10.02 17-51-07.jpg| |File:Sanjiang Chengyang Yongji Qiao 2012.10.02 17-51-11.jpg| |File:Sanjiang Chengyang Yongji Qiao 2012.10.02 17-53-05.jpg| |File:Sanjiang Chengyang Yongji Qiao 2012.10.02 17-53-47.jpg| |File:Sanjiang Chengyang Yongji Qiao 2012.10.02 17-54-09.jpg| |File:Sanjiang Chengyang Yongji Qiao 2012.10.02 17-55-35.jpg| |File:Sanjiang Chengyang Yongji Qiao 2012.10.02 17-36-50.jpg|south of the bridge |File:Sanjiang Chengyang Yongji Qiao 2012.10.02 17-39-40.jpg| |File:Sanjiang Chengyang Yongji Qiao 2012.10.02 17-40-17.jpg| |File:Sanjiang Chengyang Yongji Qiao 2012.10.02 17-41-42.jpg| }} In popular cultureThe bridge is a distinctive landmark in World of Tanks map Pearl River.
