Chittarikkal town is between Vellarikundu and Cherupuzha on Odayanchal Cherupuzha road.[1] TransportationNational Highway passing through Nileshwar connects Mangalore in north and Kannur in south. Private and KSTRC buses are available to Kanhangad, Kasaragod, Mangalore, Nileshwar, Payyanur, Kannur, Kozhikode, Kottayam and Pathanamthitta. The nearest railway station is Nileshwar on Mangalore-Palakkad line. The nearest airport is Mangalore on north and Kannur on south.
