}}Chrysoma is a genus of flowering plants in the daisy family.[2][3][4][5] SpeciesMore than 20 species names have been created in the genus, most of them now transferred to other genera (Ericameria, Xylothamia, Solidago, Gundlachia). Only one remains, Chrysoma pauciflosculosa, native to the southeastern United States (Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina).[6] Chrysoma pauciflosculosa is a branching, evergreen shrub up to {{convert|100|cm|in|abbr=on}} tall, with resin but no hairs.
