Dešov is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of {{convert|22.43|km2|sqmi}}, and has a population of 422 (as at 2005).

Dešov lies approximately {{convert|30|km|mi|0}} south-west of Třebíč, {{convert|47|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of Jihlava, and {{convert|154|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-east of Prague.
