The Discover Sensors project is a project run by the Irish Government’s Discover Science & Engineering (DSE). It supports the use of sensor technology in hands-on scientific investigations by Junior Certificate Science students under the revised Science syllabus. DSE is managed by Forfás on behalf of the Office of Science & Technology at the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation.[1][2][3] The project has a website to support teachers and students, and encourages teacher collaboration via the Moodle online learning support system.
