Since 2006, he serves as Apostolic Administrator of the Roman Catholic Apostolic Administration of Prizren. Dodë Gjergji was born on in village Stubla near Đakovica, SFR Yugoslavia.{{ref label|status|a|}} From 2000 to 2005 he was the Apostolic Administrator of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Sapë in Albania. He was appointed Bishop of Sape on November 23, 2005 and consecrated on January 5, 2006. On December 12, 2006 he was appointed Apostolic Administrator of the Roman Catholic Apostolic Administration of Prizren.[1] Notes
