}}Elachista subalbidella is a moth of the family Elachistidae. It is found from Fennoscandia and northern Russia to Italy and Greece and from Ireland to Romania.[1] It is also found in North America (British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, Yukon, Ohio, Pennsylvania and South Dakota).[2] The wingspan is {{convert|10|-|13|mm}}. Adults are on wing in June.[3] The larvae mainly feed on Molinia caerulea, but have also been recorded on Arrhenatherum, Brachypodium pinnatum, Brachypodium sylvaticum, Calamagrostis arundinacea, Diarrhena americana, Carex, Melica and Poa. They create a long narrow mine in the blade.
