It is located at Richmond Avenue on the main line. ExitsThere are staircases at the western end only that lead to Richmond Avenue. The southbound platform contains another exit on the eastern end that leads to Eltingville Boulevard.[5] The station house at Richmond Avenue is at street level and once featured a signal lamp that alerted those waiting that a train was arriving. On the exterior of this station house is a plaque noting the Great Kills to Huguenot grade separation project was done under the auspices of the Public Works Administration.[3] {{clear left}}References1. ^1 {{cite web |url=http://www.thethirdrail.net/0201/sirt4.html |title=SIRT The Essential History |author=Irvin Leigh and Paul Matus |page=4 |date=December 23, 2001 |accessdate=March 3, 2009 |deadurl=yes |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20090104105848/http://thethirdrail.net/0201/sirt4.html |archivedate=January 4, 2009 |df= }} 2. ^Poster for opening of Staten Island Railway 3. ^1 {{Cite web|url=https://www.nycsubway.org/perl/show?140388|title=Grade crossing elimination plaque|last=Rosenfeld|first=Robbie|date=October 16, 2013|website=nycsubway.org|archive-url=|archive-date=|dead-url=|access-date=December 24, 2017}} 4. ^{{Cite web|url=https://www.nycsubway.org/perl/show?143195|title=Eltingville station|last=Chatreau|first=Bernard|date=April 14, 2011|website=nycsubway.org|archive-url=|archive-date=|dead-url=|access-date=December 24, 2017}} 5. ^{{NYCS const|exits}} External links{{Commonscat inline|Eltingville (Staten Island Railway station)}}
