Ordarza, Emmanuel Méndez Palma and Remigio Valdés of CONACYT; Arcadio Poveda and Félix Córdoba of the National Autonomous University of Mexico and Nicolás Grijalva of the Autonomous University of Baja California's School of Marine Studies and Math professor at Scripps.[1] The institution formed part of the design group to produce the first satellite 100% designed and built in Mexico. The other major partners were the National Autonomous University of Mexico and the National Polytechnic Institute.{{citation needed|date = September 2008}} References1. ^1 {{cite web |url=http://www.cicese.mx/cicese/ingles.html |title=A virtual visit of the CICESE |publisher=Centro de Investigación Científica y de Educación Superior de Ensenada |accessdate=2008-09-15 |deadurl=yes |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20090311014056/http://www.cicese.mx/cicese/ingles.html |archivedate=2009-03-11 |df= }} 6 : Research institutes in Mexico|Public universities and colleges in Mexico|Universities and colleges in Ensenada, Baja California|Postgraduate schools in Mexico|Educational institutions established in 1973|1973 establishments in Mexico |
