Otto Stapf's worldwide monograph on the genus included this species, but Stapf did not place it in a section. Later, it was placed in section Alatae.[3] References1. ^1 Kew World Checklist of Selected Plant Families {{Taxonbar|from=Q4496883}}{{plant-stub}}2. ^Peschkova, G.A. (2005).
