}} The Ethical Consumers Community[1] is a non-profit organization based out of Hamilton, Ontario that promotes sustainability through selling ethical products that conform to the triple bottom line. The organization allow members to products such as low flush toilets[1] and solar hot water systems at discounted prices through bulk purchasing. The system operates by getting a number of members to commit to buy a product, then purchasing together to get bulk discounts, making buying sustainable products affordable.[2] The organization is also involved in the distribution of fair trade coffee.
