He played for the Norwegian national ice hockey team, and participated in the Winter Olympics in 1980 and 1984.[1] He was Norwegian champion with three clubs, in 1976, 1982 and 1984. He was awarded Gullpucken as best Norwegian ice hockey player in 1980 and 1982.
