}} The German American Business Association (GABA) is a non-profit organization that fosters transatlantic knowledge-sharing and networking among German and American business, media and technology communities. GABA is dedicated to encouraging German-American business and trade. The Association hosts seminars about transatlantic business topics with speakers form European countries as well as the US. GABA is a member-driven non-profit organization that fosters transatlantic knowledge-sharing and networking among German-American business and tech communities. GABA is dedicated to encouraging German-American business and trade. [1] GABA is incorporated as an association and recognized as a non-profit by the United States Internal Revenue Service IRS. There are four groups of membership and leadership: (1) The Board of Directors (2) The Advisory Board (3) Class of Speakers (4) Membership. GABA conducts an annual membership assembly. Over 50 seminars were conducted since the foundation of GABA. There are three different types of seminars: (1) Market Entry (2) Risk Management and (3) Specialty Seminars related to a single topic such as transfer pricing, product liability, logistics, subsidies and others. GABA also offers in-house training for global operating German-American companies.
