Gmina Ciechocin is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Golub-Dobrzyń County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Ciechocin, which lies approximately {{convert|11|km|mi|0}} south-west of Golub-Dobrzyń and {{convert|21|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of Toruń.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|101.49|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,000.
