Gmina Dąbrowa is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Mogilno County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Dąbrowa, which lies approximately {{convert|10|km|mi|0}} north of Mogilno and {{convert|43|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of Bydgoszcz.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|110.51|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 4,711.
