Gmina Milejczyce is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Siemiatycze County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Milejczyce, which lies approximately {{convert|21|km|mi|0}} north-east of Siemiatycze and {{convert|67|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of the regional capital Białystok.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|151.79|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 2,209.
