As of the 2000 census, its population was 557. HistoryGrand Meadow Township was originally settled chiefly by Norwegian immigrants.[1] GeographyGrand Meadow Township covers an area of {{convert|36.13|sqmi|km2}} and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains four cemeteries: East Clermont Lutheran, Fry, Grand Meadow and Postville.
