In 2006 it was relocated to the grounds of the Sherburne History Center in Becker, Minnesota.[2] Prior to that it was located off of County Road 69 in Santiago Township. The farmhouse, a small subsistence-type rural dwelling of mid-19th century Minnesota, is an example of pioneer architecture utilizing load-bearing vertically arranged 2-inch-thick, 14-inch-wide, oak plank walls.[3][4] References1. ^{{NRISref|2007a}} {{Registered Historic Places}}{{DEFAULTSORT:Fox, Herbert M., House}}2. ^{{cite web |title=Legacy Trail Guide |url=http://www.sherburnehistorycenter.org/trailbrochure41707.pdf |publisher=Sherburne History Center |accessdate=2013-05-29}} 3. ^{{cite book|title=The National Register of Historic Places in Minnesota|last=Nord|first=Mary Ann|publisher=Minnesota Historical Society|date=2003|isbn=0-87351-448-3}} 4. ^{{cite web| title =Herbert Maximilian Fox House| work =HABS| publisher =Library of Congress| url =http://memory.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/S?pp/hh:@field(SUBJ+@od1(MINNESOTA--Sherburne+County--Santiago))| accessdate = 2007-12-14}} 5 : Houses in Sherburne County, Minnesota|Houses on the National Register of Historic Places in Minnesota|Relocated buildings and structures in Minnesota|National Register of Historic Places in Sherburne County, Minnesota|Vernacular architecture in Minnesota |
