It was released in 1992 for Quality Records and featured production from Romeo, DTTX, Stan Jones, Jessie "Toothie" Lars, Jason Roberts and Angelo "Stone" Trotter IV. Hip Hop Locos was not a success, only peaking at #87 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums. One single did fairly well, "Homies" made it to #57 on the Billboard Hot 100 an #13 on the Hot Rap Singles.
