Hueto Abajo (also known as Oto Barren in Basque and officially designated Hueto Abajo-Oto Barren) is a village in the Basque municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz. It is one of the councils constituting the "northwestern rural zone".{{clarify|date=October 2010}}. Hueto Abajo has a population of 52.
