It is Established by the Most Rev. Cirilo R. Almario, Jr., Bishop of Malolos in 1989, it is situated next to the Basilica Minore. HistoryThe Immaculate Conception School for Boys was established in 1989 as an All Boy School by Former Bishop of the City of Malolos Rev. Bishop Cirilo Almario Jr. in 1989. The ICSB plot or land of school was a Minor Seminary from the Holy Spirit Academy of Malolos which is located in Sta. Isabel and the Sisters running the Minor Seminary gave the school to the Bishop of Malolos in 1989. After the retirement of Bishop Almario, Bishop Tirona became President. After the retirement of Bishop Tirona, Bishop Oliveros became President. Bishop Oliveros passed away in May 2018 and handed the presidency to Bishop Honesto that became the 5th Bishop of Malolos. The School's first Batch of High Schoolers was on 1989. By 2000, the Immaculate Conception School of Malolos was established as an Elementary Department. Mrs. Josefina B. Villavicencio is running the School. Mr. Rodolfo Bagay was the first Principal of the School from 1989 to 2011, the year he passed away. Mr. Bagay was succeeded by Dr. Elisa Ballesteros and she became the 2nd Principal. The School Hymn Audio was composed by Fr. Rey Magnaye for the High School Department and Elementary Department. The Icons Cheer was composed by Principal Bagay.
