{{Orphan|date=April 2012}}Imtiaz Inayat Elahi is a retired Pakistani bureaucrat who served as Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA).^[1] In June 2009, Elahi, son of the former Chief Secretary and Senior Judge of the Peshawar High Court Justice Inayat Elahi, was promoted into BPS-22 grade, the highest pay scale of the Civil Services of Pakistan.^[2]
