It is associated with dzhalindite, cassiterite and quartz.[1][2] It was first described in 1963 for an occurrence in the Dzhalinda tin deposit, Malyi Khingan Range, Khabarovskiy Kray, Far-Eastern Region, Russia.[4] References1. ^1 Handbook of Mineralogy 2. ^1 Webmineral data 3. ^https://www.mineralienatlas.de/lexikon/index.php/MineralData?mineral=Indite Mineralienatlas 4. ^Mindat
