Nawab Jam Sadiq Ali ({{lang-ur| جام صادق علی }}) (Ca. 1930– 5 March 1992) was a politician from Sindh, Pakistan. He belonged to the ruling dynasty of Samaa Ja'ams who ruled Sindh over two centuries up to middle of 1700.

Nawab Jam Sadiq Ali had ten children, one of whom Nawab Jam Ashiq Ali died in September 2003. Nawab Jam Mashooq Ali Khan, son of late Nawab Jam Sadiq Ali Khan died in November 2018. Late Nawab Jam Sadiq Ali Khan’s son Nawab Jam Zulfiquar Ali Khan is the present Nawab of Sanghar and Sardar of the Samma Jam tribe. Nawab Jam Zulfiquar Ali Khan's eldest son is also named Nawab Jam Sadiq Ali Khan (II).

Nawab Jam Sadiq Ali Khan was Chief Minister of Sindh from 6 August 1990 to 5 March 1992. He was also the Sardar of the Samma Jams and Nawab of Sanghar. During Benazir Bhutto's 20-month Government, Mr. Sadiq Ali served as an adviser but eventually resigned because of differences. After Benazir Bhutto was forced to step down in August 1990 because of corruption charges, he was elected Chief Minister of Sindh. Nawab Jam Sadiq Ali Khan died on 5 March 1992 and was buried at his ancestral graveyard in Goth Jam Nawaz Ali.

Among prominent Samma’s are the members of Nawab Jam family of Sanghar (which are Junejo by caste): Al Haj Nawab Jam Kambhu Khan, Chief of Sammat Tribes (title of Nawab, Khan Bahadur, swords of honour) Former Chief Minister of Sindh Late Nawab Jam Sadiq Ali, Former Federal Minister Jam Mashooq Ali, Nawab Jam Zulfiquar Ali Khan son of late Nawab Jam Sadiq Ali. The folk stories of the generosity of Khan Sahib Jam Mitha Khan and Nawab Jam Kambhu Khan the father of Late Jam Sadiq Ali the Ex Chief Minister Sindh is also the part of Sanghar and Sindh History.
