The Jane Addams Trail is a {{convert|12.85|mi|adj=on}} long rail trail in Stephenson County, Illinois. Jane Addams, the trail's namesake, was born in Stephenson County. The trail's endpoints are Freeport, Illinois ({{coord|42|18|11.2|N|89|37|30.3|W|region:US-IL|display=inline}}) and the Illinois-Wisconsin state line, where it becomes the Badger State Trail ({{coord|42|30|16.3|N|89|38|54.0|W|region:US-IL|display=inline}}). The trail passes through Orangeville and is one segment of the {{convert|575|mi|adj=on}} Grand Illinois Trail. The Jane Addams Trail is a bicycling, hiking, snowmobiling, and cross country skiing trail which stretches from Freeport, Illinois to the Wisconsin state line. It is 12.85 miles (20.68 km) long, and is part of the larger Grand Illinois Trail, which is over 575 miles (925 km) long.[32 External links
