He was signed by the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football at Portland State. Senn also played for the Carolina Panthers and Chicago Bears. Early yearsSenn graduated from Beaverton High School in 2003.[1] Professional careerIndianapolis ColtsAfter making the team as an undrafted free agent in the 2008 season and playing a role on special teams and as a backup linebacker, Senn made the initial 53-man roster for the team in 2009, only to be released on September 7, 2009 when the team signed former Arizona Cardinals safety Aaron Francisco.[2] Senn was re-signed to the active roster on September 23.[3] He was waived on October 7. Carolina PanthersSenn was signed by the Carolina Panthers on November 24. After playing mostly on special teams for 2010, he entered 2011 as 3rd on the depth chart at linebacker. He played mostly special teams again for the first half of the season. Due to a rash of injuries, he ended up starting at weakside linebacker for the final 7 games of the season, responding with 71 tackles, 3 forced fumbles and an interception. This was one of the highest tackle totals in the NFL for that 7 game period. He was also the smallest starting linebacker in the NFL for that period, height and weight combined. On April 12, 2012, he was re-signed by the Carolina Panthers, and served as the Panthers special teams captain for the 2012 season. Chicago BearsOn March 11, 2014, Senn signed with the Chicago Bears on a one-year contract.[4] The Bears released Senn on August 24, 2014.[5] References1. ^{{cite web|url=http://www.colts.com/sub.cfm?page%3Dbio%26player_id%3D522 |title=Archived copy |accessdate=2008-09-03 |deadurl=yes |archiveurl=https://web.archive.org/web/20080914160053/http://www.colts.com/sub.cfm?page=bio&player_id=522 |archivedate=2008-09-14 |df= }} {{DEFAULTSORT:Senn, Jordan}}2. ^http://nbcsports.msnbc.com/id/32724795/ns/sports-player_news/ 3. ^http://www.indystar.com/article/20090923/SPORTS03/90923028/1100/Colts+re-sign+LB+Jordan+Senn 4. ^{{cite web|last=Noble|first=Dane|title=Report: Chicago Bears sign safety Ryan Mundy and ST ace Jordan Senn|url=http://www.windycitygridiron.com/2014/3/11/5497704/report-chicago-bears-to-sign-safety-ryan-mundy-free-agency|publisher=Windycitygridiron.com|accessdate=11 March 2014}} 5. ^{{cite web|last=Mayer|first=Larry|url=http://www.chicagobears.com/news/article-1/Palmer-among-12-players-released/d809bde3-b20e-493f-9dbd-f0a2c0c3f01b|title=Palmer among 12 players released|publisher=Chicago Bears|date=August 24, 2014|accessdate=August 24, 2014}} 10 : 1984 births|Living people|Sportspeople from Beaverton, Oregon|Players of American football from Oregon|American football linebackers|Portland State Vikings football players|Indianapolis Colts players|Carolina Panthers players|Chicago Bears players|Beaverton High School alumni |
