Nowadays works as a player agent for FE Sport Promotion based in Germany. CareerOn September 15, 2010, D.C. United officially announced the signing of Carreiro, after trialing with the club since March 2010. Also signed with Salgueiro atlético club in 2012. Personal lifeCarreiro is the younger brother of midfielder Fred, who also played for D.C.
