Karyotin is the sustainable, reticular material of the cell nucleus.[1] It is made up of eukaryotic cells and prokaryotic cells. It is more often called chromatin,[2] which means 'colored material' and refers to the fact that this material is easily stained for viewing with the microscope.[2] Chromatin is made up of strands of DNA bound to a histone protein.
