The station is owned by Antonio Perez, through licensee Grupo Teletul Multimedia, LLC. It broadcasts a sports talk format, in part as a simulcast of KYAL-FM (97.1 FM) in Muskogee, Oklahoma, as an affiliate of the Sports Animal Network.[1] The station was assigned the call sign "KBIX" by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
