KCMR is owned by TLC Broadcasting Corporation, a non-profit corporation overseen by a local 16-member board of directors and supported by listener contributions. KCMR also broadcasts area church services every Sunday for those unable to attend, usually a Lutheran service as well as a Methodist service. Studios are located in the Will F.
