Early life and educationFox grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he started his first business at the age of 15, later graduating from Pennsylvania State University, with a B.S. in economics. He led the formation of The Fox Challenge at Pennsylvania State University. He also received an A.S. degree from CEH Oxford. He founded Stripes Group, LLC in February 2003. He is the Founder and President of Stripes Group and has been Managing Partner since 2008. He is the Founder, Managing Partner, and President of Stripes Group Fund L.P.[10] Fox also was a co-founder of Syndero, a marketer of beauty products, also known as Iconic Labs, LLC, and serves as its Chairman.
