Kfarmelki is located in the Kaza of Saida one of Mohafazah of South Lebanon kazas (districts). Mohafazah of South Lebanon is one of the eight mohafazats (governorates) of Lebanon. It's {{convert|58|km|mi|abbr=off|sp=us}} away from (Beirut) the capital of Lebanon. It is {{convert|500|m|ft yd|abbr=off|sp=us}} above sea level. Kfarmelki surface stretches for {{convert|673|ha|km2 sqmi|abbr=on}} Local Authorities and SkillsThe municipality has an elected municipal council for 6 years, composed of 15 members.
