Established in 1980, Khaja Banda Nawaz College of Engineering is a minority institution managed by Khaja Education Society, Gulbarga.[1] Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, has granted permanent affiliation. The college is recognized by the AICTE, New Delhi.[2] The campus covers {{convert|12.6|acre|m2}} of land excluding {{convert|13|acre|m2}} of play ground. The college offers seven streams of engineering undergraduate courses leading to the degree of Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) and postgraduate courses in Computer Science and Engineering and Structural Engineering (Civil).
