AcademicsThe former Kitchen Academy – Hollywood was a professional culinary arts Program where students could earn a Professional Culinary Arts Diploma. It has recently been purchased by Cordon Bleu and is in a transitional phase. Students can earn a diploma in Professional Culinary Arts in as little as 30 weeks through the Accelerated Training System.[1] They study for five terms and are able to begin cooking the first day of the classes. Once the students have successfully completed the program, they should be qualified for a culinary or hospitality entry-level position. AccreditationKitchen Academy was formerly accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS).
