Major ProjectsOver the years, KITCO has prepared more than 5000 Feasibility Study Reports / Market Study Reports / Detailed Project Reports and has executed more than 1000 projects of various size and scale. Major Projects where consultancy services were offered: - Cochin International Airport(CIAL): The first green field airport in India to be built under Public-Private-Participation (PPP) scheme. The airport started its operations in 1999.
- Kannur International Airport: Planning, design, preparation of estimate, tender document, project management & quality control for the Terminal Building, Air Traffic Control Tower with Associated Infrastructure.
- Salalah International Airport: KITCO carried out the pretender activities for estimation and preliminary design for the development of Salalah International Airport.
- Qarn Alam Airport, Sultanate of Oman: KITCO extended services for preparation of master plan for the development of the QARN ALAM airport in Sultanate of Oman.
- King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah: Technical evaluation and survey of electrical installation for modernisation and augmentation.
- Hubli Airport, Karnataka: Planning and preparation of design, drawings s and documents
- Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, Gujarat, India: KITCO was entrusted with the work of expansion of the domestic arrival block with most modern facilities as specified by Airports Authority of India
- Visakhapatnam Airport (Andhra Pradesh), Aurangabad Airport (Maharashtra), Pant Nagar Airport (Uttarkhand), Rajahmundry Airport (Andhra Pradesh) India: KITCO was entrusted with the work of master planning & design of a new integrated passenger terminal.
- MRO Facility at Nagpur for Air India: The proposed workshop facility has been designed with all modern facilities, equipment etc. required for overhauling aircraft engines of modern aircraft. The workshop facility has been designed of international class with best standards followed in the developed countries.
- Medical College & Associate facilities at Kasargod, Manjeri and Idukki,Kerala: Construction of 500 Bedded Hospital, Academic Block, Residential Facilities as per MCI requirement of 100 Nos. intakes.
- Cattle Feed Plants at Kallettumkara, Karunagappaly, Calicut, and Idukki, Kerala.
- Relay manufacturing facility at MIDC Chakan at Pune, Maharastra.
- Quality Evaluation lab facilities at Kandla and Kolakata
- Monazite Processing Plant at Orissa for Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL):
- Titanium Sponge Plant in India for KMML- KITCO was the consultant for setting up of the first commercial plant in India to manufacture Titanium metal.
- Spices Parks at Chindwara (Madhya Pradesh), Puttady (Kerala) Jodhpur (Rajasthsan), Guna (Madhya Pradesh), Kota (Rajasthan), Shivganga (Tamilnadu): KITCO extended services from master planning, design, to project management services. The unique project empowers spices farmers by bringing in storage, value-addition, quality improvement and marketing of spices under one roof.
- Centre of excellence of Ayurvedic Medicines at Thrissur, Kerala
- Aero Engine Research and Development Complex (AERDC) at Complex at Bengaluru: KITCO is extending consultancy services for establishing Infrastructure facilities for new Research and Development Complex at Complex at Bengaluru.
- Establishment of Modern Abattoir at Edayar, Kerala: KITCO implemented a most modern fully automated Abattoir for processing 200 bovine/day and 200 swine/day in separate plants.
- Mobility Hub at Kochi: It is the first integrated terminal project in India having road, water and rail transportation modes converging at one place. The first phase was inaugurated on 26 February 2011.
- Various infrastructure development for tourism at various locations of Kerala: extended Comprehensive Consultancy services to develop world class infrastructure in the field of Tourism and Leisure in Kerala.
- Tea County Munnar: KITCO implemented the “Tea County”, a 4 star hill resort in the famous hill station of Munnar.
- Kerala House Hotel Complex Chennai: The twelve storied 3 star hotel with 100 rooms was implemented by KITCO.
- International Marina at Bolghatty Island, Kochi, and Kerala: KITCO was the consultant to implement 1st International Marina in India ay Kochi.
