Klesztów {{IPAc-pl|'|k|l|e|sz|t|u|f}} is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Żmudź, within Chełm County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.^[1] It lies approximately {{convert|3|km|mi|0}} north-east of Żmudź, {{convert|20|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-east of Chełm, and {{convert|83|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of the regional capital Lublin.

The village has a population of 87. In Klesztów, there is a former Uniate, now Roman Catholic, church of the Assumption of Mary with illusionistic monumental paintings (1772) signed by painter Gabriel Sławiński^[2]. He also could be the author of two icons in the side altars (Saint Luke Evangelist, The Communion of Saint Onuphrius)^[3].
