Linzhang County ({{zh|s=临漳县|t=臨漳縣|p=Línzhāng Xiàn}}) is a county of far southern Hebei province, China, named after the Zhang River within its borders. It is under the administration of Handan City, and, {{asof|2004|lc=y}}, it had a population of 590,000 residing in an area of {{convert|744|km2|abbr=on}}.
