Mahesana Lok Sabha constituency (formerly, Mehsana Lok Sabha constituency) ({{lang-gu|મહેસાણા લોકસભા મતવિસ્તાર}}) is one of the 26 Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies in Gujarat state in western India.
