Mainpuri Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 80 Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies in Uttar Pradesh state, India.

Assembly segments

Presently, Mainpuri constituency comprises five Vidhan Sabha (legislative assembly) segments. These are:[1]

  1. Bhongaon
  2. Jaswantnagar
  3. Karhal
  4. Kishni
  5. Mainpuri

In Mainpuri, 35% of the 17.3 lakh voters are Yadavs. Second Dominant Caste in Mainpuri 29% Rajputs Chauhan, Rathore, Bhadouriya, The other dominant castes are the Shakya, Bhrahmins, SCs and Muslims.[2]
