Kabaddi, cricket, football, volleyball and snooker are popular games in Mangat. The residents of the area are able to enjoy a variety of amenities as there are several bazaars scattered throughout. alternatively, the literacy rate in the area is relatively high with several primary and high schools. The town is in fact rich in history with ancient buildings still intact.
