It was designed by architect Joseph Bell DeRemer and was constructed by the Dinnie Brothers in 1913.[1][2][3] It replaced the first Masonic Temple in Grand Forks, which had burned, and which was later reconstructed as the Stratford Building. This building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.[1] References1. ^1 2 {{NRISref|2009a}} {{National Register of Historic Places}}{{NorthDakota-NRHP-stub}}2. ^{{cite web|url={{NRHP url|id=82001331}} |title=NRHP Inventory-Nomination: Masonic Temple |author1=R.
