Mendy was signed by Jazz in August 2014.[1] CareerFrom 2001 to 2007 Mendy was studying in the United States and played for Alabama A&M Bulldogs and George Mason Patriots.[2] In April 2007 he was transferred to German team KFC Uerdingen 05[3] and later to 1. FC Kleve.[4] After only one month with Kleve he was signed by Erste Liga club 1.
