Medlov ({{lang-de|Mödlau}}) is a market town (městys) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The town covers an area of {{convert|10.19|km2|sqmi}}, and has a population of 645 (as at 3 July 2006).

Medlov lies on the Jihlava River, approximately {{convert|21|km|mi|0}} south of Brno and {{convert|193|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-east of Prague.
