She enrolled into Vandermeer University and became bored with her business courses. She created the identity of Moonbow using a steel longbow and trick arrows. She set her sights on two rival gangs and stole drug payments from each gang on alternating nights. Underground tensions were about to start a gang war with each rival gang suspecting the other for the stolen drug payments. Firestorm was deputized and put on her trail. Their first confrontation was inconclusive. Moonbow sneaked into Arnie Benedict's house to steal receipts hidden in a wall safe. She was wounded and thrown into the deep part of his pool. Firestorm rescued her and let her go.[2] She would later join Circe's team of villains against Wonder Woman's team of heroines.[3] In the Watchmen sequel Doomsday Clock, Killer Frost claims on a TV interview that Moonbow is among the heroes and villains that were created by the government.[4] Moonbow was seen among the villains attending the underground meeting held by Riddler that talks about the Superman Theory. She and Typhoon claim that they were not created by the government. However, the issue ends on Department of Metahuman Affairs files which show the two were in fact federal agents, posing as supervillains on behalf of the Department of Metahuman Affairs. A letter was included from Moonbow to the Department of Metahuman Affairs asking they clear Typhoon's name after his death.[5] Powers and abilitiesMoonbow is a natural athlete and has some knowledge of hand-to-hand combat and archery. She also has some knowledge of disguise from her drama classes. References1. ^Who's Who in the DC Universe (1987) #4 2. ^Firestorm Vol. 2 #48-49. DC Comics. 3. ^Wonder Woman Vol. 2 #174.
